Not recording or wrong readings

I have had my fitbit for approx 6wks and am very disappointed, I haven't had a proper sleep reading for 2 weeks, the step count is inaccurate , My exercise recordings are either non existent or only part recorded. I have contacted support who solved my problem for 1 day so after reading through this forum l can see that my problems are common through out the fitbit community.This is my first fitbit and unless fitbit can come up with some decent upgrades it will be my last.

Mine is not recording steps but is recording active minutes. I reset it and it shows what appears to be the correct amount,  it when I try to sync it it drops the count again. I am starting to regret purchasing the HR version.

Hi I am sorry you are having problems but this seems to be a common occurrence, l have the same feeling as you, l just hope fitbit rectify their problems soonSent from my Samsung Galaxy problems
