Not syncing to phone

My fitbit hasn't sync to my phone since the 23rd April. Tried turning Bluetooth off and on, restarting phone, and checking for updates. No success

Hi @JanieG56 , glad you got it syncing!  Sometimes it is pure magic.

Whenever you have trouble syncing, or your Fitbit is not behaving as expected, a really good first step is to give your Fitbit a restart.  Instructions here
