My Fitbit inspire is not counting my steps.  I walk4 miles and it says 1.5. How can I fix this

Were you pushing a baby carriage or holding hand rail on treadmill? If so, steps might not be detected if the arm is not swinging freely.

Also you just mention distance.  Does the step count look reasonable, or is it way low too?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hello...I was walking and arm was moving. I walk one trail. It did track
nut now it doesn't. Should it be lose on my wrist or tight fitting?
