My mom received a Inspire 2 for Christmas. I registered the fitbit for her. It continually shows the same number of steps, miles and calories burnt every day. There's also only been 1 night of sleep tracked. I've restarting the device. I've also tried unpairing and repairing. Nothing works.
I hens had 2 fitbits and never had a problem. What else can I do?
