Is the message that you're seeing on the Inspire or the Fitbit app?
On the Fitbit app/ setting/ Inspire/ notification/ three doors at top. Do you have notification turned on? IE: does it say disable notifications

The question is does the Fitbit app work on your phone, have toy checked the list of phones that have been tested? If the phone is not listed, ot doesn't mean that it will not work.
Let's first check the power optimization, I would turn it off for now.
This setting works on my phone but some report that they had to turn this off.
Please stop removing a device from the Fitbit account, this will only add problems.
Let's open the Fitbit app, tap on the icon of your tracker.
Now tap notifications
Tap the three dots, doors the message say Disable Notification? If so then your notification services should be running.
Now let's go to the phone settings, Notifications, make sure do not disturb is turned off and that Fitbit has permissio.
Now let's back up 2 pages to phone settings.
Tap App and then
App notifications and permissions. Turn all the permissions on.
