My Inspire HR has starting sending me celebratory notifications after every 30 steps I take. It's quite annoying and I can't seem to turn it off. Any suggestions? Thanks

Doh! I figured it out. Somehow my daily step goal got changed from 10,000 steps to 30 steps. So every time I took 30 steps, it was like YAHOO you did it! 😄 No idea how it got changed though.
