Notification service not available

I have a new inspire and a Huawei P30 Pro phone. All was good until this morning and the notifications service not available message came up. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Restarted or switched off my phone as advised several times and restarting the inspire and the message still remains.  Help please?

Hey @Spotter665 nice to see you again on the Fitbit Forums. Thanks for sharing this information with us, you did a great job trying those steps with your Huawei P30 Pro to help your Inspire to get notifications back.

Can you please confirm if you're seeing the message "Notification service not running. A phone restart is required to re-enable notifications on your tracker." in the Fitbit app after attempting a phone restart?

I'll be around waiting for your reply.

Hi the only way to sort the problem is to uninstall and reinstall the app.  I have had the fitbit 2 weeks and had to do this three times so far to get rid of the message and get the notifications. It seems to happen after my phone has restarted.
