May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here.

 

If you haven't done so yet, please follow the troubleshooting steps provided here Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Hi - I bought an Inspire2 for my Mum so she could track steps but also receive vibration when her phone rings. I have looked at sleep and DND but calls do not come through.

on the Enable Notifications on app it states this feature is not available on this device but is N Android on V9.0 so not sure why it is not working
