Notifications not shown on tracker

So it's my 2nd day with Inspire hr and I'm already frustrated with it. It doesn't show me notifications no matter what. I rebooted my tracker and restarted my phone and uninstalled and reinstalled the app. After that for a day it showed notifications.

But now again I'm back to no notifications.

App simply says phone restart is required to re-enable notifications. But even after restarting 10 times that doesn't change.

Hi @Neeketan  What phone are you using? Is it on the Supported Devices List?

Try all the suggestions in THIS Help Article on troubleshooting notifications.

I'm using OnePlus6. And link you shared I have tried all that despite that it's not functioning

One plus 6 should work. I suggest you contact Support (link in my signature)
