Notifications not working

I brought this fitbit not only to track my exercise but because of the notifications that i can get from my phone... as i am deaf, this is a life line for me as i can't always hear my phone.. it's been  working perfectly up until 4 days ago where it's hit and miss if they come through or not.. the phone could be right next to me and the fitbit doesn't alert me.. 

Where as before i could be upstairs and ,y fitbit would go off when my phone would be downstairs...and i would get every message! can anyone help please...it's driving me mad!! I've tried to turn the bluetooth off and un-syncing etc xx

Hi @TessaReds Welcome to the forum. I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue with your Bluetooth. I've had this happen a few times too and what always works for me is to go to the setting on my phone, and 'forget this device' in the Bluetooth setting. Excite out, then go back and make sure you aren't connected to your Fitbit. You shouldn't see it in the list. Next go to Fitbit app, go to notification settings on your device and you should get a message saying you need to pair with you device and turn on Bluetooth. Let the Fitbit app reconnect your device, synch and you should be good to go. Fingers crossed that does the trick for you.
