My Fitbit Inspire only sends me notifications sporadically. I have followed all the steps shown in the help features and the app on my phone still tells me that the notifications service is not running and that a phone restart is required. I have lost count of how many times I have done this! Sometimes after doing this I get one or two messages before the same message appears again, and sometimes the restart does nothing and the message remains. My notifications on the app are set correctly; my phone and Fitbit are paired on Bluetooth; not sure what else to do. Any help or advice gratefully received.

iPhone? If so, it is a known issue with the last iOS update.
