I received my FitBit Inspire HR today and with a ltlle on-line help got through the set up and access via the App. I also changed the Clock Face to show the Statistics.
On the App --bpm Resting Heart Rate reports 'No Measurement'. On the Watchface it reports 51bpm.
I have ensured that Heart Rate is on in Settings and in the App Customised the Heart Rate Zone to allow for my relatively low resting rate.
I have also found several posts suggesting clearing the Apps Cache/Data restarting etc and have tried those without success.
Can you help with a solution?

Hi, @RobertBr , you need to wear the Fitbit for awhile, and ideally overnight, before you will have your resting heart rate calculated.
You mention that you just got your Fitbit today. I would suggest wearing it overnight and then checking tomorrow to see if you have a reading in your app.
Besides setting up, your Fitbit will need to sync to show this information on your app. You can check on the time and date of your last sync by clicking on the device icon on your app. Please let us know if you are still having this issue tomorrow, and please check the time and date of the last sync. If you still do not have a reading on your app it is likely that it is a sync issue rather than a problem computing your resting heart rate.
I hope you enjoy your new Fitbit. Welcome to the Community! I am sure you will find that there is always someone here to help.

Thanks for the information. I kept it on overnight and in the morning it did show my "Resting Heart Rate".
However that raised another question. I have been sat resting on my Sofa. I would consider that to be my "Resting Heart Rate" (it is 56bpm) and an over-night average to be my "Sleeping Heart Rate" (it was 45bpm). This difference is consistent with information that can be found on line.
It will be interesting to see if there is any change in the FitBits "Resting Heart Rate" after a few more sleeps.

Hi, @RobertBr , Fitbit calculates resting heart rate (RHR) a little differently from the standard definition.
The standard definition is your heart rate when you are awake, but resting, usually take. first thing in the morning upon awakening but before you have got out of bed and exerted yourself. This will not necessarily be the lowest heart rate detected while sleeping.
Fitbit calculates it based on your overnight (sleeping) HR but also factors in HR detected during the day when no steps have been detected for a period of time and takes an average over time.
That means that your Fitbit RHR will almost certainly be higher than your sleeping heartrate, or sometimes even higher than your heartrate observed immediately upon waking.
Your RHR will be most accurate if you regularly wear it to sleep so that your lowest readings are factored in with day time readings when you are at rest.
