This question seems to have been posted plenty of time without any fixes. Is this something fitbit is ever going to bother fixing? My notifications won't load. I got a new phone, galaxy s10 and ever since my notifications will not load. I have Uninstalled the app, reset the device, cleared the cache among a number of "solutions" people have managed to come up with without an actual useful answer. When I asked in a comment on another post someone said the problem "went away on its own eventually" so I waited. Still nothing. Repeated all the suggestions again and still nothing, its quite frustrating since fitbit doesn't seem to actually care about fixing the problem as I've found threads that go back to 2017. I get the notifications on my fitbit like texts etc so its not an issue with the fitbit, but the app itself. All my steps, sleep, etc sync perfectly fine but my in app notifications will not load. I have provided a screen shot, the error I receive is at the bottom.
