Notifications

I’ve noticed it for the past couple of days, but my fitbit stopped showing my the entire notification. More specifically, it won’t show me snapchat notifications. I have them turned on, and I get the notification, but when it pops up on my fitbit, it doesn’t say where it’s from. Thoughts/suggestions?

I believe under the "Notifications" tab in the app, you can choose which apps you get notifications from.  Have you been able to verify that "Snapchat" is selected?

It’s on. I’ve even tried all of the troubleshooting the website says to do, and turned the snapchat option on and off, and it’s still not working properly (It’s not saying where the notification is from).
