My old notifications I can’t get rid of, and I haven’t received any new notifications since last year. Somethings not right

Let me help you with your old notifications. I assume you are referring to notifications on your Fitbit app as the Inspire HR can't store messages. If this is the case then please be aware that the team is investigating this issue but no fix has been released. Still you can try logging out from the app, restart your phone and log back in.
