Need much more info.

Data is stored by the account ID/email, and is stored on Fitbit's central computer's every time you sync.  Only data on your phone is since last sync, and historic data that was just downloaded from Fitbit computers.

Whose account are you logged into?

Did you use same account/email as your son had?

What do you mean by 'your son's account you deleted'?  How do you think you deleted his account?

Are you seeing his data from back before Christmas, or current/recent data?

Restoring from yesterday's backup - do you mean phone data, or somehow Fitbit data?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

Hi Jonny

when my son got his Fitbit a few years ago, I used my email to set him up as he was early teens at this point.

i then got a fit bit at Christmas and couldn’t use same email so he set himself up again, deleted his account and set me up.

on Sunday I went to install new Fitbit update from App Store and stupidly deleted the app from my phone instead.

so when I then logged in again it was back to my sons data and profile.

My iCloud backup didn’t restore Fitbit and they said they didn’t support 3rd party app which is why it wasn’t backed up via my automatic iCloud back up.

so I am hoping Fitbit can just restore my account from Saturday?
I think I answered all missing info?
help? 🙁🙁🙁🙁🙁 Please 🤞🤞🤞🤞
