One hr115 red is having its data messed up by another fit bit

I bought my wife an HR 115 about a year ago it has been working fine. I bought myself an Pro-Fit Active veryfit  since then My wifes tracker appears to be getting data from mine    Help please

Those are not Fitbits.  Pro-Fit is a totally different brand.

I don't know anything about Pro-Fits are organized, but, if someone were having a similar problem with a Fitbit, I would suspect they had both trackers attached to the same account when each should have its own separate account.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.

thanks for the reply If I look at the box of the older one it says down load the app veryfitpro which i did it is an HRM Bracelet the two manuels are the same mine box says Pro-Fit   Pro-fit Active Veryfit pro My under standing is they are both fit bits or what ever so many different flavours

could the problem be in the set up they both say to use the same app?????

They are definitely not Fitbits.  They come from a totally different company.  I suggest you look in the manual or box for a help contact for them.  I can't offer any other advise because I am not at all familiar with them, and this forum is for Fitbit help.

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
