My Fitbit versa hr only displays the clock and will not show any other data . 

It shows it is synced and fully charged on the app on my phone. It also had the data for the day but doesn’t show it.

Did you try scrolling down (swiping up) from the clock?

Before posting, re-read to see if it would make sense to someone else not looking at your Fitbit or phone.
