I thought I ordered the Inspire HR and instead must have ordered the regions. Is there a way to send this one back and pay the difference to get the HR version. That was the whole reason why I ordered a Fitbit and not something else. Also, why are the charging cords so short on these?

Hi @Carrichristina you'll need customer support. If they work the way most companies do, you'll need to return the Inspire and once they have it (according to their returns policy) you'll get a refund. It would be faster just to order the correct item and then wait for your other one to be refunded.
Fitbit customer support is doing their best, but right now be prepared for longer wait times. Please be patient. Support is limited by the number of representatives available at a given time and the hours of operation. Chat lines are open when they have live help. If you email, please know that each subsequent email will put you at the bottom of the queue, which will cause you to wait longer.
