Overall Dislike for Inspire HR

I had the Alta HR for 2 years and absolutely loved it (except it wasn't waterproof, but that is it).

The only things I like about the Inspire HR is that it is waterproof (swim proof), and the breathing exercises it has.

I do not like the fact that I can't choose what shows when I swipe through stats, there is not a clock face that has all the information I need, the large band is too big (lots of length left and comes out of holding strap), and the small band is too short (hardly any length left and comes out of holding strap), the rounded bottom side of the actual device is not very comfortable for long term wear. I do take it off occasionally as suggested, but I find myself taking it off more due to just being uncomfortable that I ever did the Alta HR. Lastly, the charger for the Inspire HR doesn't always make a complete connection, and disconnects too easily. 

Any chances of an updated Alta HR coming out?

Hi, @andik8 , unfortunately for you, I think in Fitbit’s tracker lineup the Inspire / Inspire HR actually IS the Alta series update.

As someone with a very small wrist, my experience is different: I find the Inspire HR much more comfortable than the Alta HR was for me.  

Have you thought of trying a 3rd party band?  There are some quite reasonably priced ones available, and the size might fit you better.

I agree that the watch face option is fairly limited, but it’s possible more will become available as folks other than Fitbit can create them.  As I remember with Alta there was really only the option of horizontal/ vertical, so there is actually more choice with Inspire.

Well, hopefully if you get a band that fits you properly you might get to like it?  Alternatively, if your Alta is still working, you can be confident that Fitbit will continue to support users, although future updates will be confined to any security issues detected.

Ps depending on what you want in a clock face you could add your vote to this feature suggestion , or you could create your own.  The more votes, the more likely a feature is to be implemented.
