I just got my Inspire HR set up last night, and cannot figure out how to get notifications from phone apps. Specifically, I want Facebook Messenger and Reminders (for iPhone). Both of these apps send notifications to my phone. In the Fitbit app, I only see one of my phone apps listed as being able to send notifications to my Inspire (and it's not one I want!). What am I doing wrong here?

Well I had read through those instructions already, and all of my settings are correct. That’s why I was reaching out to ask if anyone else had this issue. 

 

But, I think I figured out the solution do I will leave this here in case other users have the same issue. Phone apps won’t appear in the list of options until you have received a notification from them on your phone. For instance, I scheduled a test reminder in Reminders and once that came through on my phone, I synced my Fitbit again and then Reminders showed up in the list of phone apps I can use. Kind of a weird way to go about it, but it worked.
