Premium not activating/cannot access challenges

I just setup a Fitbit Inspire HR, and setup a new account. I signed up for the free trial of premium. My husband set up his as well, but his does how premium as well as a setting called "restore purchases", but mine does NOT. Also, I cannot access any challenges. The app is telling me I need to update the app, even tho its fully updated/

I'm having the same issue! Ive tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app. I've tried logging out and back in. I've reset my Fitbit. I've unpaired it. Tried logging out, uninstalling, restarting phone, reinstalling and logging back in, even signed up for the premium free trial. Still says to update app and try again.

 

I've downloaded the app on my tablet, desktop and laptop and those aren't even showing challenges.
