I'm trying to access the healthy habbits programme on the app but I get a loading screen the a pop up that its having trouble connecting to our servers please try again later. I've been trying for 2 wks! I'm getting notifications from the programme but they won't load for me to read. Any ideas? I've tried logging out, synching watch again and force stopping the app, cleared cache. None have worked. Could my device have to lower android version for the app?

Hi @Jayface80 is your phone on the Supported Devices List?
I would suggest you try uninstallingnthe app, reinstall it and log back in. Thatoften fixes mior app glitches.

Thanks for the reply. I have checked the list and re installed the app. I've also tried it on other family members devices. It seems im able to get on to any other programme but the intro to healthy habits on any device, same message pops up, unable to connect to servers.

Hmmm That is very strange! I'd suggest you contact Support and see what they say.
