I take care of my wife's Alta HR and my Inspire HR. The Alta syncs every morning with no problem. The Inspire normally takes one or two tries. Today it is not syncing at all. I tried the app on my phone (Android Motorola) and left it on All-Day for 2 hours with the Inspire sitting next to the phone. No success. I then turned on the blue tooth on my desktop and tried that. Again, set for All-Day. Again Inspire nearby (sitting directly on the computer tower). Again no success for two hours. Right now I am leaving the computer trying to sync with the Inspire sitting on it. I would prefer to wear my Inspire but getting the data is more important.

Hi @AStevenson  Is your Motorola on the Supported Devices List?  If that, that could well be the problem. The alta HR has the old operating system and is a bit more forgiving with unsupported phones than the newer trackers.
