My current HRH is 90.

The only changes I've made were cutting all stimulants (coffee, chocolate, dont smoke or drink soda) to try and stop this increase, it's messing with me. Even my heart rate during the day is messed up. When I first got it, mine might spike up to 98 if I walked a bit around the house, now it jumps to 98 if I shift in my chair. My HR hasn't gone below 89 in the past two days. Little freaked out, tbh.

Hi @Kiida  - I'm not a doctor, but I know from my own experience, it's not unusual for resting heart rate to cycle up and down over time. If you think your Fitbit heart rate sensor is in accurate, you might want to do some spot checks and check your pulse and compare it to what your tracker is saying. You might also want to restart your device, if you haven't already done so. Finally, if you are concerned about your heart rate, I'd suggest mentioning it to your doctor.

Good luck!

I'll give it a restart and see if it rules anything out with the tracker. Otherwise I have an appointment with my cardiologist on the 6th so who knows, things might fluctuate more between now and then and maybe normalize? Fingers crossed its just a weird jump.
