I’m getting additional text on my Fitbit screen, instructing me to go to the app to fix the clock. As far as I can see there is nothing wrong with the app 😞
I also have an issue trying to change the strap, the small metal lever isn’t there so I can’t remove the wristband on one side. Tried a pin / needle unsuccessfully.
Any help would be appreciated, thanks

It sounds like your Inspire HR is stuck on an error giving you this odd message. Try restarting your Inspire 2 and that should fix the issue.
Heres how: Just place your Inspire HR into its charger then press and hold down the button on your Fitbit until you see a small smiley face then release the button. You should feel the Fitbit vibrate letting you know the restart is complete.

🤔 I wonder if your small metal lever got hidden under the band. This is something I’ve never dealt with so I decided to dig around a bit to see what I could find.
