I have an Inspire 2 paired with an Android Samsung Galaxy 8.

I use a rowing machine as my primary exercise.

I want to display my heartbeat during exercise so I can work to maintain a heartbeat range.

MY QUESTION

Can the fitbit android app be used to display my realtime heartbeat on the phone screen?

If not, are there any 3rd party apps that will provide this functionality.

Hello @Planetearth 

Have you activated the heart tile on your Fitbit App? If not just tap the edit button the upper right corner of your Fitbit App today page the scroll down and add on the  Heart rate tile. When your done scroll back to the top and tap done. Your live heart rate will now appear on the Fitbit app so you can view it during your workout. I understand it’s impossible to have the heart rate displayed on your Fitbit Inspire 2 because both hands should be on the rower. You can also have your Fitbit app auto recognize your rowing workout:https://help.fitbit.com/articles/en_US/Help_article/1785.htm#workouts

You can choose to blow up you screen as well on your phone to target just the heart rate tile showing. I do that while doing my treadmill HIITs. By the way I really enjoy rowing as well. Awesome workout.
