I typically GO TO SLEEP AROUND 10:00 PM, and then can be awake for an hour (or more), beginning at around 2:00 AM.

Is there a way to change a setting in the Fitbit app, which will allow me to capture the additional 3 or 4 hours I get, after the sleep interruption from roughly 2:00-3:00AM — so I get a more accurate picture of my TOTAL nights sleep?

except you want to change the time you'll have to follow this procedure,(1) in the Fitbit app tap the today tab, then your profile picture, go to app settings from there and click on time zone. (2) Turn off the Set automatically option. (3) Tap time zone and select the correct time zone. (4) Sync your Fitbit device.. I hope this helps... you can easily send me a friend request so we can go for challenges if you don't mind.
