Received my replacement Fitbit

Hi 

just started a new tread for those who are having problems with their new Fitbit inspire. 

So I received a new Fitbit - but just the mechanics of it - ie the clock face, no straps.  Let’s hope it’s a new batch  and with no faults. 

Hopefully I won’t be back here in a few weeks!!

Good luck on the watch. I know these things can be frustrating as I wanted to throw in the towel once. So far I have not gone back to warranty yet to replace mine.
