Recent update fails

Since the latest update the GPS tracking of my mileage is totally wrong. It's either too much or too little. It used to be accurate. Also, my voice cues are disabled and no matter how many times I turn it off and on,  it doesn't work. It's less user friendly all around. It took me a while to find where to track my exercise.

Thank you for sharing the difficulty experienced with your Inspire 2. 

Please confirm that you are using the latest version of your tracker and the latest version of the Fitbit app

In addition, perform the following troubleshooting steps on the app:

  • Log out from the Fitbit app.
  • Force quit the Fitbit app and reboot your phone.
  • Open the Fitbit app and log back into your account.
  • Check if the issue is still happening.
