I recent started using Inspire 2 and it’s tracking all arm movements as steps. Yesterday I raked leaves for 45 minutes and ended up with several thousand steps. Is there a way to get the device to differentiate between real steps and other activities, like raking leaves, waxing the car or washing windows?

Not really @SusanPA your tracker does not directly count steps, but looks for atm motions that are expected to occur while the feet are stepping. With this type of logic, the tracker, at times may be fooled, giving extra steps, or missing steps.
The time could be marked as driving, which would remove steps, without removing the hi her calories burnt.
