Greetings: 

 

I have the inspire.  I have it in a clip (replaced the awesome One with the Inspire when the One died).  Only one time did I get the 10 minute notification to move to get 250 steps/hour.  Since then, I have not received the vibration notification.  Do I have to go somewhere to turn it on?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and the details that were shared with us. To turn your Fitbit Inspire reminders to move feature, please follow the next steps and let me know if the issue persists:

 

  1. On the Today tab, tap the hourly activity tile.
  2. Tap the gear icon, and turn Reminders to Move on.

I have the Inspire HR.  The reminders work sporadically and it’s very frustrating.  I’ve tried restarting several times, turning reminders off then back on, nothing works. How can this be fixed?
