Hi All,

I bought a new fitbit, but cannot figure out how to delete my old device so I can sync my new device....any suggestions?

Hi @Replacements There are two ways to do it. The first is to just start to set up your new device and the app will ask you if you want to replace the existing one. Simply say yes and it will replace it. The other way is to select your current charge 3 on your account page and then select the rubbish bin at the top right side of the page that comes up.
