My original fitbit's battery started to fail (would not last more than a couple hours without charging), the team tested it and sent me a replacement. All was well, my fitbit would soon die completely in the pool despite being water resistant and advertising you can swim with it.
Replacement comes. The display doesn't work at all besides showing a smiley face when I reset it. Support team confirms the problem. I sent that fitbit back. Wait.
Second replacement fitbit comes. It does not vibrate, at all. Not when restarting. Not when I set a silent alarm. And not every hour to remind me to take 250 steps (the reason I got it). My phone is not on do not disturb mode. I'm not trying to game the system to get free fitbits (again, I sent my last one back to get this one) but my first fitbit died after 6 months of use, my second fitbit didn't work, and now this fitbit... doesn't do the one function I truly want from it.
If I request a THIRD replacement fitbit, would it even go through? Can I do something to fix the lack of vibration? I have restarted it multiple times (it does not vibrate when I do that). It's also had problems staying connected o my bluetooth.

Hi @ParticleDamage, it's nice to see you again participating here in the Community Forums, welcome back!
Seems odd that your new Inspire HR replacement is not working as it should, thanks for bringing this to our attention and for taking the time to share your thoughts about your experience, your effort and patience troubleshooting this situation before to posting over here are appreciated. To better assist you with the issue you're experiencing, can you please let me know if your device vibrates when you put it to charge or is it not vibrating at all? This way I'll be able to determine if the vibration motor of your device is not working as it should.
Looking forward to your reply.

Hi @RicardoFitbit, when I plug in my fitbit to charge it does not vibrate at all, though it does immediately show the battery level. I have tried numerous things--from silent arms to restarting it completely, to plugging it in to varied outlets or to my computer--and nothing elicits a vibrate from it.
Replacement pebbles are shipped in thin envelopes that are barely padded, I fear my replacements are being damaged in transit as they seem to be deficient before I even set them up. Also, I'm sorry if my original post had a rude tone, this is just a bit frustrating.

Your reply is appreciated @ParticleDamage.
Thanks for the details that were shared with me, nothing to worry about your previous post, if I was in your position I'll probably feel the same way. It seems that the vibration motor of your replacement Inspire HR is not working as it should, maybe it was damaged during transit. That said, I've contacted our Customer Support team to further assist you with this situation, please keep an eye on your email because they'll contact you soon to move forward with this and get you back on track with a fully functional device.
I'll be here if you need anything else, don't hesitate to contact me back if you have any additional questions.
