my fitbit inspire HR stopped working within 10 days of purchase from an E-commerce site, fitbit has graciously offered to replace it. I'm from India and i have a few queries. I'm confused as to whether i have to return the pebble or take it to the nearest recycling centre as the email states after reading a lot of comments on threads in the community forum where many have stated that they've returned the pebble themselves? Also the email from the company states that i have to have my KYC form filled, can someone give me more information about that? Lastly, how long does the relacement take to arrive? Thank you.
