Hi spoken to fitbit on 09/09/19 and they agreed to replace my FitBit Aspire HR, so far so good got a return email with a link to click on and get my replacement FitBit.
I have since have no feedback apart from one automatic email saying they would be in touch, have send two emails but no response.
Has anyone used this process and can give me an idea how long it takes for a replacement to happen.

In these cases it's best if you wait until you get the next email, since the system automatically organized emails according to the last date they were sent.
