Restarting device did not fix issues

I have an Inspire HR that suddenly stopped tracking steps and hr. I restarted it using the steps from other help articles. It’s still not working. What are my next steps?

The restart procedure is the only real tool we, as users, have to fix problems. As that's not working then I suggest contacting customer support. If they can't fix it then they can check your warranty status and advise on your options. You can get them via: contact.fitbit.com
