Restoration Chart -Sleep Cycle

The restoration chart in the sleep module is not populating.  It looks the the app is calculating the percentages but the chart is blank.  The other two charts (hours asleep/awake & sleep cycle) are populating fine.  I’m using an Apple IPad 4 And I have a Fitbit InspireHR I purchased in Dec 2019.

I think this may be related to the new wrist band I put on that is still stiff.  I put the band on one notch tighter last night and now the graph is populating but I have an impression on my wrist from the Fitbit InspireHR.  I ordered new bands from Amazon and hopefully they will be more flexible so I don’t have to wear the Fitbit so tight at night.

Hello @K1Ward and welcome to the Help forums.  Many users are experiencing an issue with the sleeping heart rate graph.  It is most likely an app bug and isn't related to your new wrist band.

Fitbit is aware.

I think you are correct as there are no sleep stats this morning.  I hope it gets fixed soon as that is one of the reasons I upgraded to Fitbit Premium.

This is exactly what happened to me. It happened this morning after I installed the latest Fitbit app Update, from the App Store to my Iphone 6S. Now ALL the sleeping heart rate data in the Restoration stage of sleep has disappeared since I bought the Inspire HR in May. Help, Fitbit!!

I was sent an upgrade yesterday that took about 30 min from Fitbit. Sleep restoration chart is working this morning.

Ah, good - an upgrade to the Inspire HR? or a software update? Did you have to talk to them on the phone?

Happening to me too. Inspire HR. I know that it is logging my heart rate overnight because I can view the graph in the HR tab. Just that this info is is not also being graphed in the sleep > restoration tab.

Using iPhone 8 and Inspire HR.

Yes, received a message with upgrade. The restoration graph worked first day, didn’t the next, worked again - today did not!

I’ve updated the app and updated the Inspire to version 1.88.  The sleep restoration graph is still not populating.

Hi there

my restoration sleep chart graph was back this morning. It’s been off about two weeks. During this time fit bit has had an update along with latest Apple iOS. Glad it’s back. Good luck folks

It continues to be an issue. Fitbit hasn’t addressed the restoration chart - sleep cycle issue. I thought they would be better.
