Restore a deleted item

I accidentally deleted the five day widget and I use it every day to track and time my exercise.. is there a way to restore it?

Hello @lanebrain7753 and a warm welcome.  I am reading your question different from @WendyB .  To me, it sounds like you accidentally removed your Exercise tile from your app dashboard.  To add it back, tap on your Discover tab > Health & Fitness Stats > Exercise.

If we are both incorrect, can you rephrase you question?

Hello @Lizm52 and welcome to the Community.  I'm happy that you were helped by this thread -- especially since this is an older thread.  An app update changed the path I outlined.
