New format useless. Wont sync. Have to turn on and off several times then I might get lucky. I access by tablet with no phone capabilities. Yesterday they offered chat, because I went through same problem, today no chat. 

Charts and info terrible. Less detailed. When I look at stats for week they miss days.

Do you guys even test these changes?

I thought the old app sucked. Took forever to load, then sync then gather data.

You've managed to make it even worse.

Anybody have any suggestions for decent tracker?

Will try to access tomorrow then adios.

WOULD LOVE TO HAVE FITBIT REP ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS.

If you want a Fitbit rep to answer these questions, you've most likely posted in the wrong place.  While they do monitor these forums, this is not the best place to demand attention from them.  Your best bet would have been to reach out to them via the Live Chat feature in the "Help" section.

Hi, Mark, when the chat option does not appear that means no one is currently available to answer your questions, but if you try again at another time you will likely find it is an option again.  I hope this helps!
