I am looking at replacing my current fit bit (Alta HR) with a fit bit Inspire 2. I currently sinc with my Kindle Fire, but it looks like I can only sinc the Inspire 2 to my phone. I have been unable to figure out if the Inspire 2 is compatible with my phone - I have a Samsung Galaxy A20. No plans in the near future to upgrade my phone.
I actually just upgraded my Kindle to the new 2021 release, but I am not finding an app for the fit bit. (I would actually rather track with my Kindle than my phone - it is easier to read.)
Any help is greatly appreciated!

@Theresesanjose I found this information on your phone on this site. Although it looks like you can't upgrade to the current Android OS, your phone still meets the minimum listed in the Supported Device list.
Fitbit recently released the Inspire 3, so the Inspire 2 is considered to be a discontinued device. Fitbit put a color screen on the Inspire 3. I have a lot of experience with Fitbits and sunlight. The difference between color and monochrome screens is significant. Here is one of several side-by-side comparisons available. It's certainly worth a look.

Thanks for the info. I hadn't realized Inspire 2 was that old. Yeah, looks like I need to go with Inspire 3. As a followup, can I sinc the Inspire 3 to my new Kindle Fire? SOOO much easier to read the information, rather than from my phone. If no, are any of the current FitBit devices compatible with my Kindle?

@Theresesanjose You need a compatible compatible Android/Apple smartphone/tablet to set up every current Fitbit. I don't use a Kindle Fire, so I have no experience with it. From what I understand, you can install the Google Play Store on a Kindle Fire -- one site's instructions. Then you can get the Fitbit app. But if you have the Fitbit app on your phone, I think you should be able to view your data on your Kindle Fire. Data syncs to your account. I'm an iPhone user, I sync with my iPhone, but also view my data on my iPad (and use my iPad to watch workouts on that larger screen). I could be wrong, but to me this is the same as syncing with your phone and viewing on your Kindle Fire.
