Scratched up screen

I recently just got my Fitbit a month and a half ago, and it is really scratched up. I'm upset that I wasn't informed how easily Fitbits screens can be scratched, and how I should have bought a screen protector. Will there be any way to get a new Fitbit or something?

Hi @Malisakristina    click to see the warranty information. Those scratches would come under the normal wear and tear portion of the warranty. I have the Alta HR and it hasn't scratched, but I also don't have a screen protector. You could get with customer support, but they probably would refer you back to the warranty information I linked above and not replace your device. Sorry this happened to you.
