I was given this second hand and I am trying to restore this to factory setting and set it up as a new device on my fitbit app. I've tried setting up as a new device and I've tried doing a soft reboot but I can't get past the set up screen. It will not show up when I plug it into my computer and open on the app nor try to add as a new device on my fitbit app on my phone. Screen just keeps showing www.fitbit.com/setup
How can I get past this setup screen

Hi @sdeniear I will link a couple of articles for you to have a look at which might help. You cant do a factory reset on an Inspire, just the normal restart, which yiu say you have done. There is a possibility the unit is faulty, but go through the articles and try everything. What phone are you setting up with?
