Screen problem

Screen stays black on Inspire HR unless pushing button. Restart does not change issue.

I have the same problem. Used to light up when notifying me or when I lifted my wrist. Tried restarting several times, and checked to make sure the wake-up function is on.

my dashboard is blank i tried restarting and logging out also uninstall, reinstall all I get now is fitbit.com is unavailable please try again later?  Still no resolution.

Yes mine does this too as of this morning the screen won’t turn on I don’t know how to restart it but as I have read from multiple comments this does not fix the problem this tracker is taken care of never been wet and hasn’t been dropped or any sort of trauma and it’s only 5 months old so why is this happening
