I am experiencing some screen issues with my fitbit. I am able to receive phone calls, text and calendar notifications, but the screen itself does not light up and show me the information unless I press the side button. By the time I go to do so the message has disappeared. Also the motion feature is not working when I turn my wrist. I have checked the setting through the app on my smartphone and everything is turned on. Any advice would be welcome Thank you

Hi @Rabithabit It may be that the auto wake has been turned off on the Inspire somehow. Give a long press on the button and check on the quick menu that comes up.
