My biggest issue is it does not hold a charge. It is dead after a day and a half. I think it’s because it’s so sensitive to my movement. For example; I was getting my nails done and twice while getting them done the stop watch suddenly started. And no, the nail tech did it touch it at all. And whenever I want to just look at the time the screen starts moving back and forth like it’s not balanced. I’ve charged it to 100% many times. Not sure what to do.

Hi @Abuckley! Please receive a warm welcome to the Fitbit Community.
Thanks for sharing all those details in your post. I'll glad to give you a hand with the issues that you're currently having with your Inspire HR. To start you can check some tips to improve the battery life of your Fitbit Inspire HR.
Also try to clean the contacts of your Fitbit regularly. These contacts can become obstructed by microscopic dirt or debris that prevents them from making a good connection to the charger. Use a toothpick or toothbrush to clean the charging contacts; do not scrape them with anything metal because this may damage the plating and result in corrosion.
Please restart your Inspire HR, if you haven't do so. How are you changing your Fitbit? We recommend plugging your charging cable into a USB port on your computer or other low-energy device. If necessary, you can use a UL-certified USB wall charger. Don't use a USB hub or battery pack to charge, and only use the charging cable that came with your Fitbit device. Please take a look of these recommendations to charge your Fitbit too.
About the sensitivity of the screen of your Inspire HR, as a friendly tip, I suggest wearing your Inspire HR in your non dominant arm. It's important to specify whether you wear the device on your dominant or non-dominant wrist during setup, but you can do so on your Fitbit app:
You can also turn off the Screen Wake of your Fitbit. You can do so by pressing and holding the side button. See more information on the manual page 17.
I'll be around if you need anything else.

Hi @Abuckley thanks for getting back.
About your question, there is no option to adjust the sensitivity of your Fitbit. You can read more about Fitbit accuracy here.
I'd like to know if you're seeing "phantom" touches. Does the screen appears to be swiped or tapped without anyone swiping or tapping it?
Please keep me posted.

I charged my inspire hr today and I work in the medical field and I just checked the battery, from 100% from this afternoon to 10pm at night I'm at 56%. To me that beyond belief how bad this watches battery lasts. No reminders or Bluetooth. Just the HR and time is on when I check it. How can this be?

Yes! I charge mine to 100% every
morning and by the same time the next day I am down to 30%. My husband got one at the same time and does not have this issue. I to have notifications off, gps off, it’s terrible.

Hi @YojanaFitbit ,
Is there something that can be done? Before getting a Inspire I had a Charge and LOVED it. I recently bought the Inspire HR because I was buying my husband one and decided to treat myself and upgrade my own. My husband does not have any issues. His stays charged for 5 days, he doesn't experience the "phantom" touches, he is having the experience I want to have.
