Screen stopped interacting

I have had my inspire hr since Christmas 19 and yesterday morning I was unable to scroll the screen! It still counts my steps ect but I can't scroll the screen down or side ways.

I have followed advice and changed the clock face, I have the most updated version, disconnected the fit bit, uninstalled the app, followed the Steps to restart the fitbit but had no luck as well. Someone please help, running out of options

Hi @Flicww If several restarts dont help then younwill need to contact Customer Support
