Screen too Dark

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

My Inspire (not HR) is working just fine but the screen has suddenly become too dark to read. I have rebooted it multiple times, changed the clock face about a dozen times and even cleared the user data and reinstalled. I also made sure it was all updated. If I sit in a dark room I can see the screen barely so I know its all there and working, its just too dark. It was fine before I charged it the other day. Its been like this for about a week now.

Any suggestions on how to fix it?

UPDATE: screen is completely gone now.

Before considering other options, could you please confirm if you already tried the restart procedure as described here in this article

Please keep me posted.

Yes. I have tried that multiple times. Nothing works. Now the screen is
completely black.

Is it worn out? Seems too expensive to only last a couple of years. I have a Charge 3.

Mine didn't even last that long. Less than a year before having issues. I
have an Inspire which is a pretty basic one. Its water proof but I never
wore it in water. I charged it regularly and rebooted/updated it when
required as well. No reason to justify the screen to stop working.
