I see that people keep talking about a firmware update but unless it is supposed to take a couple of hours to download... and actually, it has already been over 2 hours... then this issue isn't solved.

I have been sent 2 devices and they both have same white line issue. They are now sending a 3rd. I looked for but can't find any place in the app to update the firmware.???
