Getting very frustrated trying to set up a newly purchased Inspire HR. First off the screen is frozen in the www.fitbit.com/setup screen. Account set up on PC (Windows 10), no option to set up Inspire HR, keeps coming back to Aspire. I consider myself pretty tech savvy when it comes to these things but Fitbit's set up procedure is by far user friendly. If I can't get some help within the next couple of hours this piece of junk is going back to Best Buy. Wasting a week trying to get this to even tell time. What a joke. App/Website is useless.

I correct myself on my post: I don't have a Fitbit ACE, I have the Inspire HR and this App will not allow the option to set up the Inspire HR. It's going back right now, I've been so disgusted in a product until I bought this FitBit as a gift. what a disappointment. Who ever is in charge of the software development should be fired.
